Our monthly meeting up date:
At the Oct/Nov meetings one of the topics was Club Membership for annual renewal. The consensus was to announce this in the Clubs website. January 1, 2010 would be the renewal starting date for 2010 the annual dues are still $30.00. To become a vibrant and successful Club will come from our member's interests, and their commitment to having open communications & to share their views and talents with other members.
Two of the best ways to communicate, would be to post a monthly meeting update thru our website as well as a quarterly newsletter. The website and the newsletter would contain monthly meeting discussions & would cover any old and new business as well as a consensus of the Club's activities, cruises, etc. & to add a member's El Camino with article & photos of their vehicle.
We have in place (spread sheet) to create a Directory of all active members with their new contact info. For the best results we suggest, adding your current personal (e-mail/address/phone home & cell) and vehicle information including a photo of your ride with your new membership application form.
For renewal...Enclose $30.00 for regular membership (US$) (and Canadian for Canadian Residents) Please include a separate sheet for additional cars & photos.
Membership Includes: Membership card and an outside window decal, newsletters, Club apparel for sale, etc.

This month, December's agenda/topic is to finalize information for adding this Club to the local Calendar of Events ... Good Guy's ... Cruizn magazine ... etc. and Officer nominations for 2010 As the 2010 year begins, the Club is looking forwards to adding more new members, and adding and more activates, monthly cruises, and local members hosting the Monthly meeting at their resident. Just for some fun and socializing as a Club.
