Membership Application Information
Thank you for your interest in our Club! The Club is looking forward to adding more new members. You can support this organization by becoming a member by following one of the two methods below on how to get an application and where to send it.
METHOD 1
Use a PDF of the Membership Application.

METHOD 2

Please print and fill out an ELCC Membership Application form here and send it to the address provided below along with your registration fee.

Annual renewal membership dues information:
Regular Membership ($30.00 US and Canadian Residents)
Membership includes a membership card and an outside window decal,
newsletter.
